Käytämme vain laadukasta tarvikeakkua, joka on luotettavalta toimittajalta, ja jonka akkuja olemme hyödyntäneet huolloissamme jo yli kymmenen vuoden ajan. Tämä testattu ja hyväksi todettu akku palauttaa iPhone 11:n akun kestämään arjen käytön normaalisti, kun alkuperäinen akku on menettänyt tehoaan.
Huomio Applen ilmoituksista
Akun vaihdon jälkeen iPhone voi näyttää ilmoituksen “Ei alkuperäinen akku”, ja asetuksissa akun kunto näkyy tilalla “huolto”. Tämä on täysin normaalia kaikille tarvikeakuille, eikä se vaikuta akun käyttöikään tai turvallisuuteen. Puhelin toimii normaalisti ja uusi akku tuo selvästi paremman käyttökokemuksen kuluneeseen akkuun verrattuna.
Turvaa ostoksellesi takuulla
Kaikilla akuillamme on takuu, joka kattaa valmistus- ja materiaaliviat. Huomioithan, että takuu ei kata akkua, joka on vaurioitunut käytössä, asennuksen yhteydessä tai irrotuksen aikana.

Delivery and returns

We want to make sure you are happy with your order. We offer an extended 30-day exchange and return policy. Returns are always free of charge when returned according to the instructions provided by our customer service.
Return conditions: Returned products must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition. The right to return screen protectors expires if the protective film on their adhesive surface has been removed. The right of return does not apply to customized products, such as protective cases with your own image. If the returned product does not meet the return terms or instructions provided by customer service, the right to return will be void.
Return process: Please contact our customer service before returning. Inform us of the products you are returning and why you are returning them. You will receive more detailed instructions on how to make a return from customer service.
Delivery
Delivery time: approximately 1–3 business days (only to mainland Finland). Orders are processed and shipped on weekdays. Shipping costs are determined by the weight, size and additional services selected for your order. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before confirming your order. If your order is lost or damaged during transport, please notify our customer service immediately (within 14 days). Packages damaged during delivery must also be reported to Matkahuolto immediately upon receipt.
