Return conditions: Returned products must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition. The right to return screen protectors expires if the protective film on their adhesive surface has been removed. The right of return does not apply to customized products, such as protective cases with your own image. If the returned product does not meet the return terms or instructions provided by customer service, the right to return will be void.
Return process: Please contact our customer service before returning. Inform us of the products you are returning and why you are returning them. You will receive more detailed instructions on how to make a return from customer service.
Delivery time: approximately 1–3 business days (only to mainland Finland). Orders are processed and shipped on weekdays. Shipping costs are determined by the weight, size and additional services selected for your order. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before confirming your order. If your order is lost or damaged during transport, please notify our customer service immediately (within 14 days). Packages damaged during delivery must also be reported to Matkahuolto immediately upon receipt.
